Starting to introduce some different things in my daily routine. Looking to reverse some of the damage I did to my self in my early years. I had high stress job in my 40's-50's with not the best diet.

Recovered and I am Over that phase of my life.

My trips around the sun age is 72 as of March 2023

My Metabolic or biological Age is 53.:sm
My Brain Age is 40:sm:sm

I think I'm on the right track, I experience none of the age related problems plaguing most people my Chronological age.

10 -12 years ago I had trouble remembering simple things, Gone now Memory has fully returned, some times it seems like to much. I can't for get things I want to forget!

Almost no joint pain, Right hip hurts occasionally but I fell off building 42 ft had knee surgery 2 times. So some issues are to be expected. I do not have any Knee pain as I use to be able to tell when it would storm.

I'm stuck in a loop



Trying to gain about 5 lbs. Need to increase my calories, The more active I get more calories I burn.

My BMR is 2250 Calories



Need to add 500 calories a Day to gain 5 lbs in couple months,

So after trying to increase my Calories to 2600-2700, I lost 2 lbs. My energy and activity level has increased so burning more calories. So I have to increase my calorie intake buy more than I burn. Hard to monitor and keep track.

A 10 mile bike ride I'm burning off any extra calories.
The more activity I do the more I need. As my energy level increases I burn off any extra.

Since I do not eat just empty starchy carbs, and sugar packing on extra calories is difficult. Nutrient and Calorie dense foods, fill you up much more & longer and I don't As Hungry.
