So been long time since last up date.
I'm continuing with my supplements. Energy still through the roof, I have been biking, minimum 10 miles every day most days 15 - 20 miles longest ride 35 miles.
I get out by 7:30 back by 10 when its getting hot.

Now that August is here we are seeing temps in the 100s, 116 forecast today tomorrow. So riding just not possible, today 79 at 5am.

I was pleasantly surprised after 35 mile bike ride, I had expected to be sore after but was not, even the next day I rode 22 miles.

I'm planning on bikepaking this fall when it cools off. I will ride out to Ocala Nation Forest from home and do some dispersed camping. It's 17 miles from home to Rodman Reservoir,
I have trip planned to Hopkins Prairie 52 miles one way, likely stretch it 4 days,

Working on my gear packing,

Bottom line I have not felt this good in can't remember maybe 30-40s. When the majority of people my age taking 11 RX daily plus OTC Meds.I'm on none!

Worm Moon

What Is a Worm Moon?
The Worm Moon gets its name from the earthworms that come out when the soil warms up. The worms provide food for birds and other animals.

It happens around the changing of the seasons, from astronomical winter to spring in the Northern Hemisphere.

Early Spring and New Beginnings
The Anglo Saxons called the March Full Moon the Lenten Moon. Lenten is derived from Germanic languages and means spring. The Lenten Moon has also given its name to the Christian Lent period before Easter.

The March equinox has had great cultural significance through the times, and many cultures still celebrate new beginnings, rebirth, purity, cleaning, and chaste or lean living around this time.

Awakening of Nature
Native American tribes named this Moon after early spring and the awakening of nature: Crow Moon for the crows coming back, Snow Crust Moon after the crust which forms on top of the snow as it melts and re-freezes, and Sap or Sugar Moon for when the maple sap runs.

The Celts called it the Wind Moon and Plough Moon from preparing the fields for the growing season. In Old English, it was known as the Chaste Moon, referring to the purity of the spring season.

Well I have been awol from camping and outdoor activities. I'ts just been to hot, heat index 105-111 actual temps 94-98 humidities 80- 90+%. I have just been hanging in the AC.

I have been in the shop with the AC on working on my Hornet Gyro.

Cleaning out old junk, gathering up and orginizing all aluminum from the antenna manufactruing. Getting all pieces I started years ago together.

Just moved around some machines, cleaned in some deep corners only accesable by moving machines. Very challenging with daily Thunderstorms I must start early difficult to move stuff outside.
